We have done strategy, design and implementation assignments in the bulk of EDRMS and ECM systems used in New Zealand, including Dataworks, Hummingbird (Livelink), Objective, SharePoint, TRIM.
Their book on information management, "Flapping to Flying: Getting value not Grief from Information Technology" articulates our user centered philosophy for information and knowledge management. The book's models are regularly used in our consulting assignments and implementations.
