As Practice Lead for Technical Solutions, Clayton Smith leads Information Leadership's migration, integration and technical delivery capabilities. He specialises in the problems others avoid - connecting systems, modernising platforms and moving organisations off legacy infrastructure without the usual chaos. Clayton combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to delivery. He and his team have a reputation for finding a way.

As Practice Lead for Enterprise Content Management, Lois McClintock helps organisations manage, protect and get greater value from their information. She specialises in enterprise content management, information governance and information protection, designing solutions that create secure, well-structured environments people can actually use. Lois brings strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and change leadership, with a practical approach that keeps the focus on outcomes and adoption.

Jos Auker-Woor is the original architect behind Information Leadership's iWorkplace product suite. With more than 45 years in ICT, including 11 years at Microsoft, Ian Morrish brings exceptional technical depth to Information Leadership. As Infrastructure and Cloud Practice Lead, he helps organisations design and deliver secure, scalable cloud and information platforms built for long-term success. From Azure and identity management to SharePoint and enterprise architecture, Ian is known for solving complex technical problems and turning them into practical outcomes.
