About the role

This is a new role in the organisation, developed to support the success and scale of Information Leadership’s iWorkplace suite of Apps. The Senior Developer will play a key role in working with the Lead Developer and others to design, redesign, develop and implement robust technology solutions to ensure that iWorkplace continues to be a market-leading brand and to extend its market profile.

 

Your role will have plenty of variety including:

Supporting Customer Success and other team members in troubleshooting and developing a greater understanding of the products. This can include after-hours work at times and switching from planned to unplanned work on occasion.

Provide technical leadership in relation to development, including a working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 solution options.

Ground-up redesign and build of existing iWorkplace products using the latest technologies.

Development and testing of new Apps and one-off solutions in response to customer and/or organisational needs.

About you

Whether some or the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you to discuss how you might fit into our team.

Relevant tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Systems or the like.

Experience across a range of different systems and technologies and deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Project Management.

Consulting and commercial experience and having the weight and authority to be considered by the customer an 'expert' in relevant areas.

Political astuteness and the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy to customers.

Ability to coach, mentor and support other team members and self-manage time and work priorities.

Ability to learn quickly and to work under pressure while remaining a good team player.
