You’ll be in the hot seat as the lead contact with the customer. This includes responsibility for scoping, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions to our customers on projects ranging from 5-100+ days of work with multidisciplinary teams. You will get the opportunity to grow and develop your own team of highly skilled consultants.
Lead role in working with the customer to coordinate, answer queries, resolve issues so the project keeps moving and is successful for the customer and Information Leadership.
Work with internal subject matter experts so they understand what is needed for a project and then monitoring progress to ensure this is what is delivered.
Balance workloads and arrange resourcing for your projects, including ensuring all team members have adequate and suitable work.
Build and lead a highly collaborative team of highly skilled junior to senior level consultants, ensuring each member is encouraged to thrive and grow.
Monitoring budget and resourcing so that the project comes in on time and budget, and risks are identified and dealt with early.
Creating and designing solutions that solve organisational pain points for our customers.
Customer liaison and support, including running workshops and developing reports.
Running team meetings and cross checks with team members

Able to explain and understand the workstreams and choice points for a project using clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Proven ability in building a team and developing people through social and professional bonds.

Highly experienced project lead or consultant.
Exceptional presentation skills and proven experience running workshops, meetings and other interactive sessions.
Focused on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs, being hands on during the delivery of solutions as and when necessary.
A learner that welcomes feedback and is motivated by personal growth.
Previous design and delivery experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Teams.
