About the role

This is a new role in the organisation, developed to support the success and scale of Information Leadership’s iWorkplace suite of Apps.

As a Principal Developer, you will report to our Technical Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our long-term technical roadmap.

 

Your role will have plenty of variety including:

Supporting our Development Team and other team members as a project manager, mentor and problem solver.

Work closely with customers and out delivery teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, define technical specifications, and facilitate design discussions.

Execute our long-term plans by translating these into immediate actions.

Help shape our products and technical roadmap.

About you

Whether some or the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you to discuss how you might fit into our team.

Relevant tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Systems or the like.

You're an expert .Net developer and enjoy being hands-on with our products and code.

Champion communicator with strong interpersonal skills and can foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You love technology, mentoring and supporting others and are willing to challenge established norms while being comfortable working with ambiguity.

Ability to coach, mentor and support other team members and self-manage time and work priorities.

You love puzzles and have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure we are making the right decisions for our products now and in the future.
