About the role
We are able to design roles around the expertise and career stage/path of each individual but we have the following broad types of work available now:
Working with customers to design useful and usable solutions that support their business goals.
Helping customers implement and get full value from the M365 platform.
Creating and customising solutions that solve organisational pain points.
Customer liaison and support, including running workshops and developing reports.
Investigating and identifying new opportunities with customers.

About you
We’d love to hear from you and welcome applicants who don’t currently meet 100% of the criteria we’ve listed below but can grow into the role. We are also open to assisting with relocation expenses for the right candidate.
Some or all of the following will sound like you:
Exceptional presentation skills and proven experience running workshops, meetings and other interactive sessions.
Previous design and delivery experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Focused on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Highly capable project manager with flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude.
A learner that welcomes feedback and is motivated by personal growth.
Able to establish natural and genuine relationships with our customers through great experiences and outcomes.
Clear and concise communication skills both verbally and written.
