About the role

We have a need for a Tier 1 Support Technician to provide internal and external support for these products and our own applications. You’ll be joining a world-class team, delivering world-class service to our customers.

 

Your role will have plenty of variety including:

Prepare solution status reports in collaboration with other team members, so that everyone is kept informed, and we can share our smarts internally and with our customers.

Contribute to SharePoint installations for customers.

Triage and resolve support calls for on-premise and online SharePoint customers.

Complete add/change/remove requests for customers and Information Leadership.

About you

Whether some or all of the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you to discuss how you might fit into our team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.

Experience in triaging, diagnostics and resolution of customer issues.

Experience in managing a support workload queue.

Welcome feedback as a learner and is motivated by personal growth.

Able to establish natural and genuine relationships with our customers through great experiences and outcomes.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.

Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
