Helen is one of those rare people who can communicate effectively as a bridge between technical, lay people and business decision makers.

Her background is in technical and people leadership and analysis roles in Utilities. At Enerco, she was Measurements Manager leading a team of technicians, meter readers and administration staff. She also provided the thought leadership and analysis for data reviews of customer consumption and overall network analysis for the Auckland natural gas network.

She has undertaken business improvement/IM consultancy work since 1995. During this time she did a wide range of projects including training needs analysis; SharePoint design and build; business analysis; business process review and data clean-up and migration.

More recently, this has included SharePoint document management, collaboration and intranet implementations at:

  • Alpine Energy
  • Aoraki Polytech
  • IHC
  • KiwiRail
  • Landcorp

She also regularly leads a range of our SharePoint iLab public and in-house training workshops.
