Principal/ Senior Technical Consultant
Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace Implementations, SharePoint & Teams
About the role
We are growing and need a new hands-on, experienced Principal or Senior Technical Consultant to join the team and deliver results to our customers.
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of customers and tackle a variety of assignments covering analytics, integrations, migrations and automation solutions. You’ll enable our customers to take the next step in their digital journey and deliver the art of the possible.
Some of the activities include:
Lead role in working with the customer to coordinate, answer queries, and resolve issues so the project keeps moving and is successful for the customer and IL
Working with internal subject matter experts so they understand what is needed for a project and then monitoring progress to ensure this is what is delivered
Creating and designing solutions that solve organisational pain points
Customer liaison and support, including running workshops and developing reports
Watching the numbers so the project comes in on time and budget, and risks are identified and dealt with early

About you
Some or all of the following will sound like you:
Highly experienced project lead or consultant
Proven ability in building a team and developing people through social and professional bonds
Not afraid to be hands-on in the delivery of solutions
Focused on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
Able to explain and understand the workstreams and choice points for a project
You use a partnership approach to working with customers
Proven solution design and architecture using Powershell, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
Exceptional presentation skills and proven experience running workshops, meetings and other interactive sessions
A learner that welcomes feedback and is motivated by personal growth
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
