Scott provides general SharePoint technical support, as well as specialising in workflows. This includes using Nintex.

Scott graduated with honours in Information Systems in 2009 and spent 3 years working with SharePoint for Leeds City Council. During this time Scott supported a SharePoint online learning platform for schools looking after over 230 school sites and over 110,000 service users.

In 2009 Scott won the Graham Williamson travel award, which is given to help develop a young professional starting out in IT by the Society of IT Management (SOCITM) who are the national UK body for IT professionals in public services.

Scott received the award on stage in 2009 at the SOCITM conference in Edinburgh. Then in April 2010 Scott spent 2 weeks in Australia and 3 weeks in New Zealand visiting various private and public organisations.
