Sarah Heal, Director
B.A. (Hons) First Class; M.A. (Distinction)
Sarah Heal has been an information manager for over
ten years. Starting at Archives New Zealand, she moved into local
government policy analysis and corporate planning.
Sarah then became Information Manager for the Dunedin
City Council - responsible for GIS, Document Management, Web, Core
Data, LIM management and setting organisation-wide goals and standards.
She also led the successful implementation of DataWorks as the DCCs
electronic document management system. More recently, Sarah revitalised
document management at Christchurch City Council, including the
implementation of TRIM Context.
Respected in the information management and local
government sectors, Sarah is often called upon to speak at conferences.

Grant Margison, Director
B.E., Dip.Bus. (Finance)
Grant Margison regularly consults for a range of
clients in the public and corporate sectors. He assists organisations
to make the right IT choices, and helps engage entire organisations
to ensure that IT projects succeed. He generates results by getting
teams to work better with each other, and with their customers.
Grant has an Engineering degree and diploma in business.
While in senior management positions at Enerco, Southpower and Counties
Power, Grant helped these companies to gain business advantage and
service improvement through the successful use of new technologies.
He has developed information and IT strategies
and products, mobile data implementations and asset management business
planning.

Meta Mair
B. Tech.
Meta is an experienced IT and IM professional,
with excellent project leadership and general management capabilities.
She has worked widely in IT strategy and systems development, project
and site management, business analysis, and database administration
roles with private sector companies.
Most recently Meta worked for four years as the Information Manager
for Palmerston North City Council. She had overall responsibility
for IT, records and GIS. In this time she successfully managed the
implementation of Hummingbird EDRMS, and set the Councils
Information Management policy and strategy.

Helen Bennett
B.E., Dip.Bus.(Marketing)
Helen Bennett
has offered a business improvement consultancy service since 1995,
building upon her previous management skills in the areas of people
development, technology, systems and IT. During this time she has
had a wide range of projects including training needs analysis,
training programme development and delivery, business analysis,
customer satisfaction surveys and project management.
She is respected
for her abilities to review, analyse and project manage changes
in business processes. Helen is one of those rare people who can
communicate effectively as a bridge between technical, lay people
and business decision makers.

Anita Easton
Anita, who holds an
honours degree in Linguistics, brings a wealth of experience to Information
Leadership.
Anita started her IT career
at Victoria University where she managed the Helpdesk, Systems team,
Desktop Support and Web teams. From there Anita moved into local
government and the Community branch of Internal Affairs. Whilst
employed by Internal Affairs she was responsible for managing the
national grant schemes (Lottery Grants) and several Trusts. It was
here that Anita implemented a major business process change, supported
by the implementation of a custom-built software application. Anita
was also responsible for the operations and policy of community
funding and had input into the ministerial processes.
Anita moved from the government
to the private sector where she was engaged as the Client Relationship
Manager for TechTonics . She was responsible for coaching organisations
through change and developing TechTonic's focus on records management.
Anita's range of clients has included central
government, utilities and the commercial sector and much of her
focus has been on business fit and bridging the gap between client
requirements and service provisions.

Kaye Allison
Kaye has recently joined Information Leadership
as Business Manager and has become known as "command central"
by the team.
Prior to joining Information Leadership Kaye
had a long career in Local Government where she held several management
positions. These included Data Intelligence Operational Manager
and most recently Relationship Manager for an Information Management
business unit.
Kaye is experienced in managing the resource
planning for a range of technical skill sets and personalities and
this will be one of her key areas of responsibility. Other areas
Kaye will be managing are the facilitation and arrangement of events
and promotions for Information Leadership along with day-to-day
general business activities.
Kaye is our point of contact for customers wishing to discuss new
business opportunities, scheduling of work and general enquiries.

Maureen Murphy
Maureen has
a strong commercial background and has worked in senior management
roles (including CEO, Managing Director, General Manager) in competitive,
globally oriented industries for the last 18 years.
Maureen draws on a background in strategic planning
and business process development to provide services to clients
that have included CSIRO, Australian Stock Exchange and AAPT. She
has managed significant projects for clients including the Department
of Foreign Affairs and Trade, PanAmSat and the Australian Broadcasting
Commission.
Recent consulting assignments have involved
providing hands-on commercial support to start-up companies in the
IT and Biotechnology and Financial Services sectors.

Dr Chris Lampard (PhD)
Chris is a skilled manager with over 10 years experience
in the NZ public health sector and the UK chemicals industry. His
experience includes process R&D, manufacture and purchasing/supply
chain projects. He currently consults and trains for private and
public organisations.
His key achievements include the design and implementation
of a global strategic supply chain rationalisation, managing the
purchase and introduction of new laboratory technology and the overhaul
of supply chain quality procedures to the highest (US FDA) standards.
Chris is a skilled communicator with the ability
to transform complex ideas into action. He gets things done, learns
quickly and has a track record of rapidly adapting to new environments
and delivering results.

Jos Auker-Woor
Jos has been working in the IT industry for over
18 years. He recently joined ILC after working with Canon New Zealand
for the past 12 months as a senior technology consultant. Prior
to this Jos and his family (wife Heather and daughter Daisy) lived
in the UK where he worked as consultant for a Microsoft Gold Partner
(Mantix Ltd) who specialised in Project Management and Business
Intelligence.
During this time he fulfilled a number of roles
for organisations within the private and public sector including
Alstom, British Airways, British Airport Authorities, BP, Centrica,
Highways Department, Inland Revenue, Scottish Water, Scottish Power
and Siemens. Jos brings a great deal of experience of Business Analysis,
Development, Project Management and Business Practice in a wide
variety of different industries.

David Seel
NZCE
David has operated an IT and Management Consultancy
since 2000 and has retained hands-on involvement in software development
in the SQL/VB/GIS areas.
Having qualifications in both Management and Computer
Technology David has held roles ranging from senior project engineer
through to General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. His career
has also included information management of asset data, documents
and geographic information with a NZ utility.
David has the rare ability to be equally at home
with IT technical detail as well as provding advice on strategic
direction and business improvement.
