	Compliance Foundation features complement SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality to provide time saving prepackaged metadata set-up from your DesignWiki process, disabling record deletion and adding a user friendly unique ID to all records
	Retention and Disposal management, allowing global policies to be applied to individual document libraries. Records are periodically reviewed by the system and actions taken accordingly. Status flagging is made available to record keeping staff for appraisal
	Efficient and user friendly copy/move of records, including updates of metadata based on their new locations
	Findability enhancement with easier to browse search results and making list and library information from one site available in others
	Design administration simplified for changes in metadata columns - allowing these to be bulk updated throughout a site collection
	Authoritative version capability, that allows user to easily lock down a document so no further changes of the content or metadata are possible. Very useful for ensuring you know what versions were sent externally and can be trusted as "authoritative"
