Offline SharePoint access

Very elegant offline reading and updating of SharePoint content - perfect for field workers or road warriors. This includes access to libraries/lists including their native SharePoint views. Metadata can also be accessed and updated. New documents can be dragged and dropped from Windows Explorer, allowing users to then enter metadata. This also solves the problem with SharePoint that bulk uploads directly into SharePoint of doucments just set the metadata to default values - creating rework to find the documents and then add correct metadata.

Email drag and drop - A compliance "must-have"

Outlook drag and drop of emails and/or their attachments into SharePoint favourite libraries - a must-have for user friendly record keeping compliance and business productivity. Users just call up a library in their browser and they can select to connect this to Outlook. The library then becomes available in Outlook looking like an email folder. Users have a choice of content being available online only or offline access, that allows them to see documents by the views already setup in SharePoint. When users drag and drop an email, a dialogue box allows them to enter additional metadata. Email specific metadata is automatically loaded (eg To; From;CC;Subject).
